These rules only apply to the products on this website. For matters not stipulated, all rules and regulations of our company shall prevail.



We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 


what should we do if return or exchange is needed?

We don’t provide return service if the items that choose cash on delivery as payment method. Return service only provided to online payment users, following below step if you want to return your items

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt to request return information. And you should arrange return within 7 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
  • Customers will only be charged once at most for return shipping fee ,the cost for reshipment is borne by the seller if the item is defective. Otherwise,any  return which isn't related to the defect, all the shipping cost should be borne by the buyer.


  • The item must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
  • If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Ecross return policy.
  • Please be sure to keep the package intact. If the package is damaged or lost, it can not be handled for you even during the return period.
  • If the returned goods are returned or replaced due to quality problems (not caused by any person) or due to the store, we will bear the transportation cost of the replacement.

Cases not in conformity with the handling of returns and exchanges:

  • Any goods not sold in our shop;
  • Customers have used products without quality problems;
  • Any goods with quality problems due to abnormal use and storage;
  • The website logo does not deal with goods returned or exchanged;
  • COD payment items can not apply for return service

    Picture and information on the website are for reference only, if it does not conform to the real object, it is not a quality problem. Because shooting light, display resolution and other reasons may cause slight chromatic aberration, which is a normal phenomenon in online shopping, it may cause difference between merchandise pictures and real objects, all of which are based on real objects.



    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the state of the approval of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



    Any original production quality problem within 30days after order receipt, we support maintenance and replacement service.
